7 Simple Acro Yoga pose will be your best friend!

You and your yoga twins are always you please try this. Do not you try it? I literally do the same thing. Instagram has many functions. Even if you use the new preservation function, it is still difficult to find all the things you want to try.

In order to make things easier, we compiled the poses of our favorite fellow yoga who likes what we want to do! We shot these photos with self-timer setting. In other words, it took just 10 seconds to click on the camera and run to the mat and enter each pose. Do they sound fairly simple? Well, as we have divided each pose into several simple steps so that you can more easily try it, you need a timer setting camera, your bestie, and a serious glue time Honestly please have the best time together when we are playing with acro yoga tricks! ). Feel free to feel free to join the next BYOT (Please bring your own twin) workshop if you have any questions. You have learned other fun tricks in Toronto and try out your yoga twin!

One:
1. Base: Please come to the dog below and walk your feet closer to the palm than usual.

2. Flyer: Standing in front of the base, put your hand directly on the mat, kick it quietly, stand upright with a little sitting. Please connect your back to the base before transferring all weight to the lumbar / lumbar.

3. Base: If you feel that the back of your back is connected with you, slowly walk your feet to a normal downward dog. If the flyer's butt is connected with yours, you are in it! Hooray!

Two:
1. Base: Lie on the back, bend the knees, extend the legs, extend the arms parallel to the ceiling, hang up on the leaf with their arms raised.

2. Flyer: Stand up toward the base, hold your ankle, tilt forward and put your shoulder on your hand. Kick it gently or float it and hand weight to the base hand.

3. Base: As leaflets transfer your weight to the palm of your hand, slowly straighten your legs straight out and raise it to the ceiling. Do not forget to keep your core engaged here.

Three:

1. Base: Lying on the stomach of cobra, the width of the leg is a bit broader than the width of the hip. Please reach out to one of the arms to catch the flyer with the first foot. Tell which feet / hand this is. For example, in Sydney, the left leg first comes back, so Kaitlyn first returns to the left hand and puts the right hand on the mat.

2. Flyer: Place your hand on the ankle from the back of the base. Please test your weight on your ankle and tell it if pressure is okay not to distress the pain from the root. Slowly, kick the arched back handstand and gaze at the mat. When the first leg is attached to the base, pull the chest apart and give resistance to raise the second hand.

3. Base: Grab the flyer with the first foot, then raise the second arm with counterbalance and grab the second leg of the flyer. Grasp the muscles of your back. If there is no equal resistance between both people, we pancake each other. When you first try this, it will happen several times at first. But it is not hurt, we promise! That's more interesting than anything else.

Four:

1. Base: Put your feet on your waist, put your hands on your shoulder, and start elevating your back. Grab your hand with a flyer without connecting your fingers (please put your fingers together as if you are wearing a mitten). Place your feet on the shoulder of the flyer and bend the knee to comfortably reach the shoulder.

2. Flyer: Start with feet on both sides of the base head. Join your fingers until the top of your shoulder rests on the base foot, grasp the hand with the base without tilting forward. Hop up to gently straddle while confirming that your waist is on your head as soon as possible.

3. Base: When the waist of the flyer comes on top of the head, straighten your legs until the feet are right above your waist. Please use the arm for extra stability. Please involve the core so that the flyer will not move!

Five:

1. Base: We will start standing your back on a leaflet. Please extend your arms above your head and prepare to grasp the ankle.

2. Flyer: Start towards the back of the base and lightly kick and float it by hand with the hand just behind the ankle. Once the base has grabbed both of your ankles, slowly bend forward, you can lift your hand at once and grab the base ankle.

3. Foundation: When the flyer's ankle becomes both, begin bending forward with a flat back and keep the leaf on your top. When your upper body is parallel to the ground, hold it. The flyer must hold both your ankles and you are done! Please keep it as flat as possible. If you are seeking more stability, extend your position.

Six:

1. Base: Lie on the back of the flyer's back / with your feet facing your back on your upper body. Please reach out to your arms to expect to grab the flyer's shoulder.

2. Flyer: Lift your feet off the flyer and start to stand away from your legs. Place your feet on your back, turn your back slowly and transfer your weight to your feet. Bring a little arches to your back so that the base can hold you shoulder.

3. Base: Keep your feet close to the wrinkles of your hips, use your hands to lower the leaflet's shoulder to your feet. Rotate their waist and keep your feet at your weight until you can bring your feet to the straddle. At this point, you can free your shoulders.

Seven:

Base: Standing back to back with a flyer. Link arms, with your arms under them. Bend your legs and make sure your waist is below them before you begin to fall.

2. Flyer: Raise the base back to back. Put your arm on yourself and link your arms. When the base bends its legs and begins to fall forward, push the back, use the core to make the back parallel to the ground, and straighten the legs to the ceiling.

3. Base: Fold forward in flat back until your upper body is parallel to the ground. At this point, the flyer should be lying on his back with his shoulders and hips aligned. Once you have a balance, extend your arms sideways and touch the palm of your hand.
