Four Tantric Yoga poses for partners who want a deeper connection

Tantra yoga is a practice that can be used to broaden the connection and consciousness between couples and create a mentally deeper bond. Yoga not only deepens our connection but also restores our energy and peaceful feelings throughout the day and spreads our consciousness with each other and the universe so I have experienced yoga poses with my husband I am enjoying doing.

Here is some simple exercise to try with your partner. Depending on your level of flexibility, you can fix the pose. The important thing is to concentrate on connection and time with partners and to enjoy each other's presence. Hopefully you will experience increased bonds in a relaxed state. Beginning with your level of comfort, convey the flexibility and endurance of your various levels, and above all, touching each other and feeling positive thinking in a non-verbal way, long-term eye contact Let's practice.

1. Yabayamu

This pose will help you adjust energy between couples. Let your bigger partner sit with your legs on a comfortable mat. Then a small partner can sit on the thighs of another partner and cross the ankle behind the other partner's back. Keep it straight with your abdomen and lower back muscles and line up in line with each other. Gently touch the forehead, take it slowly into your head, breathe deeply and slowly in harmony. You can take this pose by closing or opening your eyes.

2. Boat pose

This pose of the above picture is a pleasant pose to tighten the core's muscles (waist and abdomen), to strengthen and stretch the stretch. Please sit on a comfortable floor and face each other. Stretch out each other's hand outside the feet to keep eye contact with each other. With your knees bent, connect the back of your foot to the back of your opponent's feet. While connecting the soles of the feet, try to straighten while moving your feet up. You can fix this pose according to your level of flexibility and comfort. Focus on touch and eye contact.

3. Pose of the dancer

This pose focuses on balance and touch as well as eye contact. I like it because it makes me feel like I'm dancing with my boyfriend. Standing and face it. Hold the opponent's hand. Then take your other hand and reach for your ankle / shin. Lift slowly and slowly backwards, tilt the upper body towards the partner while continuing eye contact. If balance is a problem, you can start by posing with one part holding both hands and both arms (to keep balance).

4. With all your heart

To take a surprisingly relaxed and sensual position at the end of the evening or the start of the day, one partner should face back and the other partner a little more. Please look at each other's eyes. Keep connecting with your eyes without speaking the words. Each of you can put your palm on your partner's heart and you can feel heartbeat of each other. Later, we focus on slowly harmonious breathing. This pose is a great way to deepen the connection between each other and communicate quietly without using words. Switch the place when you are ready, so that each person can experience both positions.
